About GoodJob

GoodJob is a private, single-user productivity tool. It finds handwritten GoodNotes notebooks that the owner has backed up to their own Google Drive but not yet filed, uses AI to summarize each note and suggest a folder and title, and — after the owner confirms — copies the PDF into an organized folder in the same Drive. It can also read the owner's Outlook calendar (read-only) to suggest which meeting a note was written in. The original backup files are never modified, and data is never shared with third parties.
